Today we will learn how to apply custom template for blogger. Most of the internet
user start their blogging with BlogSpot by Google i.e. blogger.com. New users
face a lot of problem with changing template.
The Problem Faced By
Newbie:
A lot of good templates
are provided in blogger which can be used literally without any hustle. But,
the problem arises when you try to imply a custom template in your blog. If you
are new you can’t find the way to apply your newly downloaded template here.
What The Solution Is?
Log in to your blogger
account. Then select template on your dashboard. May be it is found on the
Left-bottom of the screen. Then look at the right-top corner, you will see an
option- backup/restore. Select the option and upload your custom template.
Your uploaded file should
be an xml file. If you upload an html file, it will bring no changes to your
template. So, download or, make an xml
file to change your template on blogger.
Further Suggestion:
Try to use different
template for mobile and Computer. After selecting blogger template you will see
two options HTML template and template for mobile devices. Use mobile browser
compatible template for mobile devices.
Labels may turn into a
form of discrete order. Make the arrangement after changing template.
Keep in mind viewers
are attracted by good looking design and template of a website. Free templates
are available in many websites. Learn some HTML to make your website dynamic.
Obviously, content must be given first priority as everything we do for a
website to represent content.
